In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Visualization design skills are a must, but the ideal candidate is more than just a skilled designer - they are a creative storyteller, capable of distilling the complex concepts down to clear and concise visual elements

  • Intimate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience creating effective visuals using tools such as power point, tableau and power BI

  • Exceptional eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Upholds brand guidelines and possesses a strong knowledge of both contemporary design principles and presentation design strategies

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience technical project and program managing from mid to large size of scopes

  • The Presentation Designer serves as a partner to C-suite executives in developing compelling stories and visual assets to complement key presentations

  • These presentations will help to inform and inspire key internal audiences including executives within call center, collection and customer service areas

  • You'll create memorable visuals that capture and communicate key messages and concepts in the most impactful ways, optimizing them for key audiences, formats and channels

  • You don't just sit back - you proactively make recommendations on slides and talk tracks, working with key stakeholders in operations, risk management and product teams

  • You don't wait for direction - you are willing to go the extra mile to track down a slide from another team member, create a custom visual

  • Serve as chief storyteller for the division - understand key function narratives and initiatives and weave these into presentations for a wide range of internal audiences

  • Translate complex business objectives and data to clear and compelling visual stories that help communicate organization goals and performance

  • Work under pressure / under deadline with senior leaders and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time

  • Independently track down visual assets within the organization and suggest/create new visual assets whenever needed

  • Deliver finished and approved presentations to relevant stakeholders in support of the strategic planning process, annual operating plan and other major events throughout the calendar year
