The Opportunity
As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you are expected to work as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in the insurance industry. As a Senior Associate, you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are responsible for using agile delivery methodologies, grooming backlog, finalizing sprint work allocation, and reviewing and reporting status.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certifications or experience in one of vendor business applications - E.g. Guidewire, Duck Creek, MajescoMastek, Exigen; CSC or One Shield, AICPCU Certifications - Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Business Analyst (CBAP) or Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred
Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Utilizing agile delivery methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Grooming backlog, finalizing sprint work allocation, and reporting status
Understanding insurance company or agency/broker environments
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance marketplace
Experience with insurance business applications
Writing and designing process maps, preparing business requirements

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
