About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to fill a position on the Enterprise Business Continuity and Resiliency Planning (EBCRP) learning team.
EBCRP provides guidance and support to prepare business operations and technology for potential disruptions to ensure the continuity of product and service delivery to the market and our customers.
In this role, you will:
The position will consist of a balanced mix of problem solving, project management, hard (technical) skills, and soft (people) skills. Training is a crucial part of an effective business continuity program and is needed to educate stakeholders on resiliency, business continuity goals, corporate-wide objectives, policies, and roles and responsibilities. The Training program must meet and exceed regulatory expectations, industry best practices and align with Wells Fargo's enterprise resiliency framework.
Support the development and maturation of EBCRP's learning program that provides education and awareness of Enterprise Business Resiliency and EBCRP requirements
Understand EBCRP requirements and develop accessible and organized learning resources
Facilitate instructor-led learning sessions as a subject-matter expert with a primary focus on technology continuity plans
Ensure all developed materials are consistent with Wells Fargo brand standards and business objectives
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of learning programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Work independently to make recommendations for learning materials and initiatives by providing support and leadership
Act as a liaison with Technology Resilience and Disaster Recovery (TRDR) learning team
Contribute to large scale strategic resiliency initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
The ideal candidate will have a technology resiliency background, be process driven, capable of meeting strict deadlines, excel in a collaborative environment, comfortable with change and have a strong desire to do what is right.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts
Ability to take complex topics and put them into learning resources that are clear and straight forward.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent presentation skills and ability to facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
Strong emphasis on customer support and possess strong business partner relationship management skills
Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate learning needs of all learners
Experience in implementation of business continuity planning requirements for technology
