The Director of Emerging Talent & Workforce Development will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the workforce capacity and capability within our healthcare organization. Qualifications
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years working in talent management or acquisition, workforce development, community engagement, or related area, required. 5 years exceptional people management skills with minimum 3 years of experience leading a team, required.
Additional Skills (required):
Experience working with and optimizing workforce development and internal mobility processes, team design, and platforms
Strong organizational and operational skills
Exceptional presentation skills and ability to inspire engagement
The ability to manage and draw insights from data
A demonstrated ability to navigate in complexity and build new processes
Thorough understanding of the grant and not-for-profit workforce development space
Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills
Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft products, Google products and other technology directly related to the success of the function.
Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels
Inclusion and Belonging: Foster a work environment of inclusion and belonging for all team members
Judgment: Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
