BAYADA Home Health Care Direct Support Professional / Hab Tech in Charlotte, North Carolina
Do meaningful work in your community. BAYADA Direct Support Professionals - DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
We have job openings in the following locations:
Charlotte/North Charlotte (Mecklenburg Co.)
First and Second Shift Coverage as needed
Part-time/Per Diem

Job Responsibilities for DSPs:
You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
High school diploma or equivalent
