Wells Fargo Dealer Management Support Consultant in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support business initiatives, including Dealer Management leadership, reporting, risk and controls. This role will play a critical role in driving the success of Wells Fargo Auto's dealer relationships while adhering to company policy and standard.
In this role, you will:
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, for pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developments
Determine appropriate strategies and actions to meet moderate to high-risk deliverable
Utilize analytical skills to research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer and/ or dealer experience
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with auto lending processes and dealer management
Develop new business processes, procedures, and controls while partnering with key stakeholders within the broader Auto organization.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Auto finance, dealer finance, or dealer services experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a captive auto lender relationship.
4+ years project management experience: managing projects from beginning to end, that vary in scope and complexity
Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures of dealer operations, contract management, and compliance standards
Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing solutions and recommendations to partners and business leaders
Experience with data analytics tools, Excel & Tableau to mine large data sets, create visualization and reporting
Experience in Open Text or other procedure writing application
Risk Management and compliance skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
