Insight Global Business/Systems Analyst - Service Delivery in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description
-Insight Global is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to work onsite 4x each week.
Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations.
-Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
-Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
-Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
-Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

-Computer Generalist (understand how software systems work
-Knowledge of virtualization as well as other technologies (VMs, SQL, Cisco, etc.)
-Ticketing System
-Excel (Pivot Tables)
-Great written and oral skills null
