Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including employment verification processes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining personal employee information. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate the employment verification process for new hires and internal employees.

• Schedule and manage virtual meetings via platforms such as Zoom to assist with the approval and processing of employment verification.

• Obtain and manage confidential documentation from employees, such as government-issued identification and documents.

• Input and manage personal employee information in the company database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Provide assistance and support to employees regarding employment verification, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

• Use CRM systems proficiently to manage customer interactions and data.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and other relevant software for processing and managing customer applications.

• Use Cisco Webex Meetings and other tools for effective virtual communication and meeting scheduling.

• Perform tasks related to Calendar Management to ensure smooth scheduling and rescheduling of meetings and other events.

• Utilize skills in Budget Processes to manage and allocate resources effectively.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry.

• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for managing financial tasks.

• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads.

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating online meetings and webinars.

• Proficient in Concur for managing expenses and invoices.

• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships.

• Familiarity with About Time software for tracking project time and costs.

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a business context.

• Excellent Calendar Management skills to organize and schedule appointments.

• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Experience in C-Suite level support would be advantageous.
