Quality Asphalt & Maintenance is a Veteran-Owned and family-owned company that provides concrete, asphalt paving, and maintenance services to the greater Michigan area. We are looking to add dedicated
seasonal field technicians to our crew! Our headquarters are in Battle Creek, MI, and Charlotte, MI.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Entry-level positions start at a minimum of $19 / hour with plenty of room to grow.
- Applicants with industry experience, a clean driving record, Chauffeur licensure, and/or CDL licensure will be considered for higher wages.
- You'll begin accruing PTO immediately upon hire.
- Up to 40 hours within your first year.
- After 60 days of employment, you will be enrolled in our 100% employer-paid Dental and Vision insurance policies.
