Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Senior Workday Spend Analyst to support one of our largest healthcare clients in the southeast. This person will sit remotely and work standard EST hours.
This individual will be responsible for servicing the "Spend" team at our clients. Within the spend team, they service the following modules: Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Inventory, Item Management, Suppliers, Integrations and Reports. Qualified candidates will have experience with complex configurations within this set of workday modules, and should have experience with high level end user support and handling the full lifecycle of tickets related to those areas.
Experience configuring in the procurement portion of the SCM module in workday is the largest need for this team, and is the biggest must have for technical experience. Inventory and Item Management would come second to procurement and would be the biggest bonus for interested candidates.
Day to day responsibilities will include answering trouble tickets through the ServiceNow ticketing system, and handling the full lifecycle of the tickets that are allocated to them. This involves reaching out to the end user's who submit the tickets, identifying the problem and business needs associated with the ticket, then completing the subsequent configuration, testing, troubleshooting and roll out into production to solve the issue. A high level of communication with internal stakeholders is required to be successful in this role. Outside of these main responsibilities, this position is also responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and special projects as needed by the organization.
Pay Range: $71,000-$115,000/year

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years of Workday Spend Module Configuration
-Strong Workday Inventory configuration experience -Any workday pro certifications, specifically Workday Inventory is highly preferred
-Healthcare Experience
-Bachelor's or higher degree null
