What you will do: Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements Drive DOTP to become part of your everyday culture Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth. Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies targeted around development and retention Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals Demonstrate strong sales leadership Support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships Develop and implement a Service Center business plan consisting of: o sales and gross margin management o expense management o asset management o associate development o community support Management of daily operations of the Service Center Monitor sell and cost overrides daily Collaboration of contract and pricing implementation and maintenance with O/S Ensures cycle count procedures are implemented and followed Other duties as assigned What you will bring: 5 years Industry Experience 2 years Management or Supervisory Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years Strong Sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets Knowledge of NCE Operations Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Office and Warehouse environments Heavy phone and computer use Travel to customer locations Occasional heavy lifting of up-to 50lbs Salary & Compensation: This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
