Koniag Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst to support KTS and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a Remote opportunity.

This position will be part of a team supporting a Federal Client in the initial stages of standing up a Program Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be a member of the customers front office team and will provide general admin support as required.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the forecasted completion data, and support recommendations made to program and project managers and leads.
Assists with the development of the program's cost and schedule baseline to be presented at gate review meetings per established governance, project, and system lifecycle review processes
Ensure that project cost and schedule baseline satisfy contractual requirements
Assists with the development and execution of programmatic budgets and financial plans that align with program and project baselines.
Attend meetings and briefings to stakeholders on EVM and schedule performance
Assist with the preparation of reports compilation and analysis
Develop, implement, and deploy EVM systems, programs, and measured and ensure adherence throughout the organization.
Build integrity, establishes relationships, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, to distribute EVM cost information
Assist with the integration of data to and from Project Management systems in order to meet EVM and reporting requirements
Develop and maintains artifacts and other program documentation
Develop, counsel, and present Return on Investment (ROI) reports as a tool to assess whether a project will achieve its financial objectives.
Develop, conduct, counsel, and present Cost/Benefit Analysis reports to help organization compare project alternatives, assess project implementation strategy, and justify direction of project execution and implementation.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with financial management and budget formation and execution
Demonstrated experience with client and customer services
Demonstrated experience with research and analysis
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Experience with Federal consulting
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Education:
- BS degree in Business Administration, or IT related
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of financial management support experience
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
