Summary

Join our team! Chenega Naswik International is looking for a Project Manager to manage a security guard force for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The Project Manager (PM) will control and manage the overall administration of the security contract.. The PM shall ensure that: (1) the goals and objectives of the project, and (2) problem resolution and customer satisfaction are accomplished within prescribed times and funding parameters.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Manage on-site employees across multiple sites throughout Northern Virginia, ensuring contract compliance and meeting customer needs

  • Responsible for implementing the Contractor’s Quality Control Plan and ensuring that the Contractor’s workforce complies with the contract requirements.

  • Oversee quality control of contract deliverables.

  • Available to receive and implement Post or General Orders (or instructions) from the Government that affect the work, operations and services performed by the contractor's workforce.

  • Responsible for interfacing with organized labor and complying with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring of employees on contract.

Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience to include: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of FPS directives pertaining to security operations

  • Knowledge of current issues, trends, laws, regulations, and technologies

  • Ability to provide recommendations, as needed, to the COR regarding security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

  • Skill in satisfactorily dealing with customers.

  • Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
