SAIC Network Operator Team Manager in CHANTILLY, Virginia
Description
SAIC has an opening on a Prime Contract for a candidate to manage the Network Operations Team. The Network Operator Team Manager (Team Lead) is the on-site manager of all Consolidated Mission Operations Center (CMOC) Operations. The primary responsibility of the Team Lead is operations, which includes monitoring, control, reporting and provide status of all systems under CMOC’s charge according to policies governing CMOC Operations and operating procedures (SOPs/TOIs). Additionally, the Team Lead is the Direct Report for the personnel assigned to the watch team and has responsibility in managing, training, and reporting individuals’ performance to Operations Management.
Qualifications
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum of 9 years of relevant technical and other experience
Experience working in a 24/7 environment
Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree
Ability to manage all floor operations and schedule the correct number of people to handle operational issues should they arise
Provide Quality Assurance by ensuring the accuracy and timelines of trouble tickets, log entries and other official communications
Maintain policies, processes and procedures associated with aspects of operations, and ensure SOP's and TOI's are up to date for handling operations
Strong Customer Service Skills
Experience utilizing Windows Operating Systems
Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
