Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician up to 72K
Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our buildings and equipment are in top condition.
Responsibilities
Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Work on air compressors (up to 50 tons).
Inspect buildings and structures to detect malfunctions and identify necessary repairs, documenting findings and recommendations.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including minor electrical repairs (e.g., outlets, switches, bulbs, and fixtures), plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, clogged drains, or replacing hoses), carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
Essential Skills
Experience with HVAC systems.
Proficiency in air compressor maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs.
Skills in carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Experience in facilities maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
HVAC certification or equivalent experience.
Experience with air compressors.
Skill in facilities maintenance.
Carpentry and plumbing skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
