Description
We are currently seeking a precise and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of data in various databases, and hence, support the effective running of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately entering data into relevant databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
Checking all data for errors and discrepancies and correcting any incompatibility.
Creating and managing spreadsheets with a large number of figures.
Verifying, editing, and updating data as necessary.
Maintaining confidentiality and complying with data integrity and security policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior data entry experience or related office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent keyboarding skills, including speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze data and correct errors.
