主要职位职责
人员管理—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见。
管理所辖的某些店铺营运区域(库存、产品部门和销售服务等)的所有日常活动,包括销售和服务、选择和培养员工、产品、时间和营运管理。
执行和维护产品陈列和销售区标准。
沟通促销活动信息,确保每次促销活动的结果最大化。
根据销售和顾客反馈,识别商品问题和机会。
在指定区域内监督、培训和培养员工。
协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划,推动经营成果发展。
