HOW IT WORKS

Team member is responsible for diagnosis and repairing of all Pentruder product lines. These include: HF Wall Saws, Motors, Cables, and Power Supplies. Provide technical support to both internal and external customers. Will assist in all day-to-day activities of receiving and shipping materials.

THE DETAILS

  • Shipping and Inventory Management:

  • Process domestic and international FedEx shipments, actively monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage Pentruder parts requests.

  • Customer Service:

  • Provide services to walk-in customers for parts and repair needs, interact with customers regarding will-call orders, service updates, and warehousing issues.

  • Product Handling and SAP Management:

  • Receive product into SAP, label incoming products, and place them in appropriate bin locations.

  • Technical Support and Repair:

  • Provide technical support, repair equipment, develop and improve repair procedures, and analyze requirements for maintaining these procedures.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Maintain open communication with ICS CSRs and sales personnel to determine priorities and shipping methods, interact with transportation companies, and document conversations and updates formally and informally.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, with an Associate's Degree in a Technical Field highly preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of six months’ experience in a warehouse/distribution setting preferred and three years working in a mechanical and electrical repair environment.

  • Specialized Knowledge:

  • Experience working with high-frequency equipment is preferred.

  • Professionalism:

  • Complete responsibilities in a timely, professional, and quality manner, demonstrating personal integrity.

  • Solve problems analytically, seeking out relevant information and assessing its importance, while also solving complex problems using existing solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • ​​​​​​​Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred), with in-depth knowledge and experience acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, Colorado, Nevada, California, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Oregon Tool is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.40/hr - $40.38/hr
