Job Title: Bi-lingual Safety Technician
Location: Chandler, AZ
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bi-lingual Safety Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed in a low voltage construction environment supporting a data center. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a strong experience in safety management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Provide safety training and education to employees in both languages.
Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses.
Collaborate with construction and data center teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; safety certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a construction or data center environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
