Wells Fargo Lead IAM Policy Governance Analyst in CHANDLER, Arizona

This role will report directly to the IAM Governance Senior Manager and will be responsible for a variety of policy, governance, and risk management activities.
In this role, you will:
Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of IAM policy, risk management, and remediation
Direct IAM risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
Influence stakeholders on net new or material IAM policy changes
Provide consulting on policy gap analysis and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
Consult the organization on complex IAM issues and findings
Manage the most complex and critical information assets
Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
Advise on the development and delivery of policy content for Information Security Education and Awareness
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead special IAM ad hoc projects as required
Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
3+ years of policy experience
Desired Qualifications:
Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes
Experience with issue management, risk assessments and risk management reporting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills.
Job Expectations:
Ability to work at one of approved locations in the job posting (hybrid).
Travel up to 10% of the time.
