Wells Fargo Business Execution Consultant - Reporting and Analytics in CHANDLER, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant focused on Reporting and Analytics with the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements. In this role, you will:
Develop and manage customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staff
Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document process
Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency
Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk data translation and visualization deliverables
Work to drive adoption of insights and metrics as a resource for CTRRG to enable a data-driven decision-making approach
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives in presenting data as descriptive diagnostic analytics and dashboards
Present recommendations for resolving data management situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the business data policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and/or NICE - Actimize
Knowledge of creating and understanding KPI's, OKR's and/or KRI's.
Strong understanding of reporting requirements, end to end reporting processes, and data needed to deliver accurate and complete business reporting
Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization experience
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Experience working on medium or large-scale change initiatives
Experience working closely with leaders across the enterprise
