F&M Trust Mortgage Appraisal Coordinator in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
ABOUT THE ROLE
This individual will be responsible for performing various duties relating to appraisal review for the Residential Mortgage Department to include:
- Ordering appraisal on a rotating basis
- Complete Appraisal, HVE / Closer Look Review
- Complete UCDP's
- Deliver appraisal report within the regulatory timeline
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that Residential Mortgage Loan documentation complies with State and Federal Banking Regulations as well as internal bank policies. This individual will also post close mortgage loan files with a high degree of accuracy while adhering to bank policy and procedures.
LOCATION
This position will report to either Chambersburg, PA or Camp Hill, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) - two (2) years working knowledge of lending regulations and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA, PHFA and/or FHA mortgage market guidelines required, including residential mortgage lending, loan documentation, or loan review.
- Must possess strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe skills and be interested in using technology in the role.
- Highly attentive to details and organized.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work independently.
