Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be the sole technician responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on the entire facility and all production machinery and equipment. Although no two days are usually the same, the most common day will involve a combination of troubleshooting and repairs of electric motors, pumps, and mixing machinery. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair 3 phase motors and pumps
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Facilities maintenance
Additional maintenance and upkeep as assigned
This is a day shift role with flexible hours; either 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm are possible.

This is a fully on-site position in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Chemical processing plant. Not climate controlled, so it does tend to get hot in summer and cool in winter. Mixing tanks throughout the facility. Lots of older style equipment running on 3 phase motors. 35 total employees, so a smaller team. Customer provides tools - candidate not required to have their own. PPE - Steel toe shoes, long pants, safety glasses required. Any additional PPE such as gloves or face shield when needed are provided.
