Job Description
As a Brand Field Manager (BFM), you will play a crucial role as the marketing expert for the Brand Team AML. Your main responsibilities will include localizing the brand strategy, guiding campaign development and gathering insights from various stakeholder groups.
Additionally, you will also have sales responsibilities in the French-speaking part of Switzerland & Ticino. This means that you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting AbbVie Hematology Brand in AML in this region.
Your expertise and commercial knowledge will be essential in effectively communicating the value proposition for the brand and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus
Lead the tactical design and implementation of Marketing initiatives, to include:
Innovative tactics to deliver holistic solutions
Multi-channel opportunities to strengthen campaigns
Multi-stakeholder initiatives
Bring the Brand Story to life through marketing materials and campaigns across multiple indications
Coordinate market research and insights collection
Optimize channel mix for marketing and cross-functional campaigns; advise others on the optimal use of channels
Sales Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers and stakeholders
Plan and evaluate sales calls, using evidence-based medicine arguments and visual sales aids
Analyze sales reports and field intelligence
Identify business opportunities and deploy value-adding solutions
Develop engagement and journey plans for key customers
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
University degree in science and/or marketing preferred
Preferred +3 experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
Proactive and independent working style
Fluent in French and English.
Willingness to travel approximately 30%
High customer orientation
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of the healthcare environment and market
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical industry business and core processes
Ability to develop patient-centric strategic plans and tailor messages to target audience
Project management experience & skills
Customer-focused with a high level of empathy
