Title: HR Manager, Labor & Employee Relations Company: Tarkett USA Inc. Location: 16910 Munn Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 Job duties: Manage the HR function at Tarkett's Ohio Manufacturing Campus and utilize experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the key leadership team members. Partner with center of excellence team members (total rewards, talent acquisition, talent, learning and development) to support and deliver best in class HR to enable managers and their team achieve results. Measure and drive improvement of key HR metrics/scorecard by running HRIS reports, analyzing data and providing recommendations to HR and Plant leadership to enable strong business decisions. Oversee HR support to leaders in a multi-site environment, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. Assist with managing staffing, organizational development, and talent management. Manage the collective bargaining agreements and negotiate collective bargaining agreements through ratification. Ensure company actions are aligned and manage responding to requests, grievances, etc. Utilize HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups. Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization. Manage, lead, train and oversee HR Generalists including training on workforce development and tools such as HERCA and OPL to customize central documentation (guides and procedures, training documents, templates, best practices) to local culture and language. Requirements: Must have 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or related, including 2 years of experience: in a manufacturing environment managing collective bargaining agreements; responding to employee grievances; measuring and driving improvement of key HR metrics/scorecard by running HRIS reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to HR and Plant leadership to enable strong business decisions; training HR team members in workforce development and tools (Human Error Root Cause Analysis and One Point Lesson), including customizing central documentation (guides and procedures, training documents, templates, best practices) to local culture and language; and coaching managers in performing workforce development activities (OPL and HERCA).
