Incyte Corporation Senior Manager, IT ERP System Administrator (Job Code: SM-SKP) in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania

Job Duties: Design, implement, and deploy Systems Applications and Products (SAP) S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions to achieve defined business goals. Design and oversee technical integration of SAP S/4HANA with other applications (SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, manufacturing execution and quality management systems, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, contract manufacturers, banks, etc.). Perform application development management relevant to system integration testing, business readiness, and cutover activities. Collaborate with IT business partners and SAP functional teams to successfully plan and deliver the technical components of SAP projects. Maintain compliance of associated internal and external regulations and controls for both project and support environments. Demonstrate commitment to computer systems validation and SOX controls during project and operational activities for the SAP ecosystem. Work collaboratively with the vendor-led SAP application development team regarding day-to-day SAP project implementation and post-implementation activities, including determining work assignments as well as monitoring work progress and status reporting. Work closely with the business and SAP functional leads to understand requirements and design, build, test, and deploy technical solutions for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP CPI that meet requirements. Collaborate with the SAP Basis and Security technical teams to ensure solutions being built meet infrastructure and security standards. Manage technical code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Manage technical unit testing and review of technical specifications. Perform functional integration and user acceptance testing by analyzing and remediating technical defects. Work on SAP sustainability operations, including proactive issue identification through ticket resolution, planning, and oversight of releases for application development changes, and responding to ad hoc requests from business users or other IT resources. Ensure full documentation of existing deployed technologies, system changes to existing technologies, and newly implemented technologies in accordance with policies, good system practices, and any controls/audit requirements. Participate in SOX controls and GxP audit activities. Telecommuting permitted within the area of intended employment.

Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive related experience.
