Location: Ticketmaster Schweiz AG, Zürichstrasse 125, CH-8600 Dübendorf

Division: Ticket Operations

Contract Terms: Full-time, permanent

THE TEAM

The Ticket Operations team is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of ticketing services for a wide range of events in the sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors. Our goal is to deliver exceptional ticketing experiences to our clients and their audiences.

THE JOB

As a Junior Ticketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing operational ticketing services throughout the entire event lifecycle for our key promoter accounts. This position requires a service-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the events industry. You will be responsible for creating and managing events in our ticketing systems, providing first-line support to our key accounts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through individualized support. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage operational ticketing services for the entire event lifecycle for assigned promoter key accounts.

  • Create and administer events in our ticketing systems.

  • Serve as the first ticketing support contact for a selection of key accounts.

  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through individualized client support.

  • Provide on-site support at events and application support for business partners outside of regular business hours (on-call service).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations and client satisfaction.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ticketing activities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of ticketing policies and procedures.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ticketing and event management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOWN (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • IT affinity and proficiency in using ticketing systems.

  • Experience in ticketing and at the box office is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

  • Experience in the event industry is an advantage.

  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Completed commercial vocational training with at least 2 years of experience.
