Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Application Support Analyst in the manufacturing industry, based in Ceres, California. This role focuses on the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance business performance, particularly in the Logistics segment. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and specified business areas, with a focus on application support and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical solutions that enhance business performance

• Serve as the liaison between the IT department and specified business areas

• Provide application expertise to improve business processes and application usage

• Manage, prioritize, and deliver projects and requests from assigned business areas

• Document and maintain the application ecosystem for short-term and long-term projects

• Train users on application capabilities as needed

• Support team members and consultants in project and request delivery

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Utilize SQL Programming skills to enhance application functionality

• Use low-code development tools where relevant to improve business processes Requirements • Proficiency in Database Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in Application Support

• Familiarity with SQL Queries

• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Understanding of Transact-SQL (T-SQL)

• Proficiency in PL/SQL Development

• Experience in PL/SQL Programming

• Familiarity with SQL PL/SQL

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and protocols

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
