Job Description:

** The Master Plumber-Foreman must be willing to relocate to Kwajalein Island, Marshall Islands . This position is not a remote opportunity.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Master Plumber-Foreman to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Installation of Water system, Drain Waste, and Venting for plumbing system. Water heaters, fixtures, tubs/showers, toilets, etc.

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues with the plumbing system during or after installation.

  • Use a variety of power tools, hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job functions.

  • Be able to perform daily tasks including but not limited to water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement including faucets, tubs, showers and toilets, drain clearing and competent use of sewer machines.

  • Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment.

  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly.

  • Keep truck inventory up to date.

  • Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification, or installation of equipment.

  • Properly complete paperwork

  • Work with a team

  • Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes

  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

  • Master Plumber

  • Knowledge and ability to manage projects through planning, prioritizing, and applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively with others.

  • Expertise with normal office software is required, including MS Word, Excel, etc.

  • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life

  • Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Tool belts and Tools, recommended.

  • OSHA Safety 30-Hour Certification

  • Journeyman Plumber License or Masters, preferred.

  • Backflow Certification, preferred.

  • 10+ years of minimum experience in the plumbing trade

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory roll including, but not limited to, supervising employees, making schedules, and managing daily operations.

  • Valid Driver’s License with good record of driving

  • Valid US passport
