Conagra Production Technician - 3rd in Centralia, Illinois
Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 11:45 PM-8:15 AM
Hourly Rate: $20.10 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Conagra Brands - Centralia, home of Duncan Hines, is looking to add to our 3rd shift production team to meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Centralia, IL manufacturing plant and report to the production supervisor. Production technicians safely operate equipment to produce product, package finished product, clean equipment, and other tasks to support packaging and process areas.
Compensation:
- Starting pay $20.10 / hour plus shift differentials ($0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift)
You Will:
Operate production equipment to support the production schedule
Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training
Be able to follow all training documents for job on assigned line
Participate in cleaning processes
Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly
Participation in all plant audits for assigned area
All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager
You Have:
high school diploma or GED
ability to work overtime
ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds
