Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and facilitate regular strategy sessions to discuss sales targets and market trends. Act as a trusted advisor to drive talent management and organizational effectiveness.

  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent. Develop comprehensive onboarding programs and implement ongoing training focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership development.

  • Support talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Create clear performance metrics aligned with business objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and design incentive programs to reward high performers.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues and guide leaders on resolution, ensuring HR processes and policies are consistently applied across locations. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to enhance job satisfaction and loyalty, and develop retention strategies focusing on career development and work-life balance.

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement global HR programs and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the business. Enhance employer branding by showcasing success stories and implementing targeted social media campaigns.

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Review and make recommendations to improve key HR metrics and performance indicators. Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements, provide regular compliance training, and mitigate HR-related risks.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR/PM & IR from a reputable business school

  • Prior experience handling sales go-to-market (GTM) business is essential, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and sales objectives.

  • 8-12 years of relevant HR experience in multinational organizations, with a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies, leading talent management, and driving HR innovation.

  • Extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals, facilitating strategy sessions, and tracking performance metrics. Skilled in developing and implementing onboarding programs, training initiatives, and leadership development opportunities.

  • Proficient in creating performance metrics, conducting reviews, and designing incentive programs. Experienced in conducting engagement surveys, developing retention strategies, and ensuring policy compliance.

  • Strong ability to manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent application of HR processes and policies. Skilled in collaborating with regional HR teams, implementing global HR programs, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Proficient in utilizing HR data and analytics for insights and continuous improvement, with the ability to review and enhance key HR metrics and performance indicators.
