Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and analyze competitors.
Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting and editing sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development.
AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools and software to analyze data, generate insights, and enhance marketing strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and promotion of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, data analytics platforms).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
