Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and analyze competitors.

  • Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting and editing sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development.

  • AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools and software to analyze data, generate insights, and enhance marketing strategies.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and promotion of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, data analytics platforms).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
