Wells Fargo Associate - Listed Futures and Options Operations (APAC) in CENTRAL SINGAPORE, Singapore
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Associate to join our team in Singapore.
In this role, you will:
Involved in trade management across several exchanges and middle office platforms.
Perform day to day operations to deliver quality service to internal/external clients on trades and positions
Daily direct liaison with clients, client services teams and Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) colleagues in London and US.
Liasing and working closely with internal teams as well as exchange and clearing brokers to promptly resolve trade breaks and exceptions.
Perform daily trade reconciliation of trades position and cash for Wells Fargo's clients on the various exchanges.
Strong attention to detail is required along with the necessary knowledge of risk impacts across the range of markets covered.
Use of Exchange Clearing Platforms and back-office systems such as EXCHANGE GUI's, CLEARVISION, GMI
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication and Client Service skills
1-3 years of working experience of working in a busy FCM clearing tea,
Good understanding of futures and options as well as some knowledge of cleared OTC swaps
Good knowledge of Exchange GUI's and Functionality
Directly cleared exchanges will include ICE, EUREX, CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX
Good knowledge of middleware clearing platforms - primarily ClearVision is essential.
