We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of machines and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The Machine Operator will also perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Machine Operation
Set up machines according to specifications
Operate machines to produce parts or products in accordance with quality standards
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
Troubleshoot issues
Grinding & Lapping Abrasives, Coatings & Adhesives, Polishing Compounds
Polishing Machinery & Equipment
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 70lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
