Local Pharmaceutical company is hiring for Machine Operators for their Central Islip Facility. Responsibilities
Operate blending equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Set up and calibrate blending machines before production runs.
Monitor and control blending parameters such as speed, time, and temperature to achieve the desired product quality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of blending activities, including batch records, logbooks, and other documentation.
Perform routine maintenance on blending machines and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to maintenance personnel
Conduct in-process checks to ensure that the blend meets specified quality standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
