Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote 3-11:30 pm OT as required Responsibilities/ Accountabilities Ensures that Packaging Operators under his/her lead render the highest productivity (Process Reliability). Ensure that operations are completed in the most efficient manner and so that final products meet the standards of quality required. Coordinate with Packaging Supervisor daily for production goals for his/her packaging line. Monitor and prepare daily group productivity indicators. Maintains accurate and complete records. Maintains a constant product flow in all stations of the line. Monitors each operation to assure compliance with document instructions, SOP's, GMP's, OSHA, DEA and company policies. Assigns personnel to the different duties within the department, delegates tasks accordingly. Checks incoming and outgoing materials to ensure that they comply with GMP's, department schedules and special instructions. Assumes department supervisor's position in his absence or when required. Perform special duties and functions as required by department supervisor. Ability to work Overtime as needed, including weekends. Other duties as assigned. Education Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent Experience Preferred minimum three (3) years of direct work experience asLine Leader. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in generic pharmaceutical packaging/manufacturing.
