We are now accepting applications for our Retail Operations Hiring Manager position. This position will work out of our Centerville office for six months, and then will offer a hybrid schedule, working both in-office and at home, dependent upon satisfactory performance. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to perform the following functions:

  • Oversee the recruiting effort for Retail Support positions.

  • The Retail Support Department supports the retail branches with key positions to cover for employee turnover and leaves.

  • Be responsible for onboarding and training of new employees.

  • Directly oversee Retail Support employees as they are hired, trained, and prepared to work in the branches on their own.

  • Be responsible to approve timecards and expenses.

  • Act as subject matter matter expert in bank operations and be a resource for the department for operations questions and coaching.

  • Champion the career development program for branch employees and assists in increasing retention for this group.

  • Be responsible for group trainings and bi-monthly staff meetings.

  • Perform other responsibilities, assignments, and projects as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years experience with retail banking operations, policies and procedures, recruiting, training, or other directly related experience.

  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Working knowledge of banking operational processes, procedures, compliance, policies and applications.

  • Knowledge of banking products and services.

  • Good interpersonnel and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good analysis, problem resolutions, decision making and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of computer software, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
