Garage Door service technicians are responsible for installing new products and accessories for customers. Also, when a customer faces a technical problem like a malfunction, a breakage or anything else that can go wrong with a piece of hardware, the service technicians are responsible for ensuring that customers have continual access to functioning products. A service technician also acts as a public-facing representative, the point of contact that customers will broadly associate with your services. They function both as technical assistants and as the person responsible for maintaining the brand image. We are seeking a skilled and communicative Installer Technician to join our team, specializing in the installation of residential garage doors and service for our Long Island customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation projects and managing install assistants in order to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installation execution from start to finish.
