Skyline Potato Company Shipping Clerk/Scale Clerk in Center, Colorado
JOB TITLE: Shipping Clerk/Scale Clerk
MUSTS: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver s license. Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have good computer skills, including competency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Must also be capable of learning other computer programs/produce shipping programs.
SKILLS: Good communication skills required including demonstrated fluency with reading, writing, and speaking the English & Spanish language. Capability to observe, receive, and obtain information from all relevant sources and communicating and documenting quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of materials or products to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and files. Ability to enter or maintain observations in written or electronic/magnetic form. Signal or instruct other workers to weigh, move, or check products.
DUTIES: Responsible for weighing or measuring incoming and outgoing trucks to maintain relevant records using volume, meters, scales, rules, or calipers. Will signal or instruct other workers to weigh, move or check products. Ship out trucks with outgoing product and produce paperwork for the truck; Coordinating incoming and outgoing trucks with supervisor and shipping/loading crew.
WAGES: $16.50 per hour or more, depending on experience. Paid weekly.

JOB TO START: As soon as a qualified applicant is hired.
DURATION: This is a permanent full time 40 hours per week position.
SHIFT: Monday- Friday 7:30AM to 5PM. Some Saturdays may be required throughout the year. Will vary depending on the timing of the year.
