Contract Administrator Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11539 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Responsibilities This position is responsible for contract administration and management made with customers, vendors, partners, or employees. The primary goal of contract administration is to ensure accurate communication and meet the requirements during the contract/agreement creation process. This involves understanding the desired outcomes, aligning those business outcomes with the forthcoming contract/agreement, and establishing clear terms and conditions. The key stages of contract administration include contract planning, negotiation, execution, management, closing, and post-contract review. The contracts administrator role shall draft, interpret, review, execute, amend, and maintain all Hazelden Betty Ford contracts/agreements that involve the purchase or sale of goods and services. Coordinate daily operations to ensure continuity of services, processes, and adherence to quality and compliance standards Responsible for drafting, reviewing, executing, amending, and maintaining internal and contracts/agreements to ensure the documentation is completed in accordance with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundational guidelines. Responsible for the system administration of the contract management software and contract management database. Provide administrative support to Manager, Procurement and Contracts and other members of the Procurement and Contracts' team. Support development annual Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework to streamline contract administration procedures for enhanced efficiency. Supporting process improvements to optimize efficiency in contract management, procurement, and finance operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent contract experience (6 years of contract negotiations, drafting, and process management experience to 4-year degree.) Proficiency in contract management tools, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills. Minimum three (3) years legal contract experience including writing, formatting, and proofreading contracts/agreements. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. Customer services skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information on the telephone or using email and other written correspondences. Communication skills sufficient to write and edit reports (formatting), letters, and other documents using correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and sentence structure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of experience procuring professional/technical services, including drafting of solicitation documents, managing the evaluation and award processes, and drafting contracts.
