7173 S Havana StRampart Crt Bldg A, Suite100,Centennial,Colorado,80112-3891,United States of AmericaDaVita's fast growing holistic patient division is seeking a passionateHYBRID Enrollment Patient Representative!In this position you would be able to work Monday through Friday with weekendsoff, Holidays off, and 8:30-5:00 pm.You are presented the opportunity to go into the office 1 day per week toreally cultivate a strong and fun team environment.In this role you would be impacting the patients and work directly with themto improve their lives by sharing with them benefits available to them thatprovide much needed support to their care journey.This is a HYBRID Position - Office Location is Centennial, COHYBRID Enrollment Patient Representative Description:Through a provided lead list, the HYBRID Enrollment Patient Representativemakes outbound calls to individuals (patients and non-patients) with thegoal of enrolling them in a health and wellness program.Success in this role involves rapidly building rapport with the callrecipient, tailoring the value proposition to their individual needs,overcoming objections, and getting them started in the program.You will be cross-trained to support other patient engagement operations inthe call center as needed. You will join a team that is professional,collaborative, supportive, results-driven, and which celebrates success.Training and on-going coaching are provided to the HYBRID Enrollment PatientRepresentative to help improve their skills and performance. Opportunitiesexist to grow in this role and with the company.HYBRID Enrollment Patient Representative responsibilities:Telephonic Work/Engagement - 100%Effectively communicates program information to new patients.
