Lima Street, Centennial, CO 80112.On occasion, business needs may require work at any other Arapahoe/DouglasWorks! office location.The Business Associate III performs a variety of complex clerical andadministrative duties associated with frequent compliance audits of employeeadministrative forms, assistance with internal hiring processes andprocedures, support of agency event and training planning and coordinationefforts, facilitation of trainings as it pertains to administrative formscompletion and procedures, and the provision of back-up support to otheradministrative staff, as needed. DutiesSupports agency event planning and coordination efforts;Audits all Arapahoe/Douglas Works! employees' administrative forms forcompliance and accuracy;Uses purchasing card to purchase agency, staff, and/or customer items,as needed;Facilitates trainings for staff as it pertains to administrative formcompletion and related procedures;Processes, files and sorts a variety of documents, including sensitive andconfidential information;Creates request for purchases to order items as needed;Manages purchasing spreadsheets for reconciliation and tracking of events,memberships, and ongoing administrative purchases;Provides back-up coverage for resource centers and phone reception byassisting customersAbility to attend meetings and serve as a meeting minutes recorder, asrequested;Serves on emergency response committee and coordinates communication foragency safety itemsUpdates internal agency documents as necessary;Assists with scanning of documents and retrieval of information; and,Develops written guidelines for processes as requested.Performs other duties as assigned.Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to operate standard office machinesAbility to enter and query information from databases and computer programsDemonstrates a high degree of attention to detailInitiative - must accurately identify internal and external customer needs.Maintains high level of productivity and self-directionPlanning and Organizing - must have proficient calendaring, time managementand prioritization skillsCommunication - Demonstrates effective oral and written communicationInterpersonal Communication - Communicates with all internal and externalcustomers with professionalism, accountability, and integrityThorough knowledge of department guidelines and proceduresDemonstrates organizational skills, independent judgment and timelinessBehavioral Competencies (these are required for all positions at ACG):AccountabilityAccessibilityInclusivityIntegrityRequirementsEducation and Experience:High school graduate or GED equivalent and at least 4 years of relevant officeadministrative experience required.Any equivalent combination of education and work experience that satisfy therequirements of the job will be considered.
