Atlantic Health System Medical Office Associate I- Billing/Data Entry PD in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey
Sorting and preparing billing slips for data entry.
Entering data into the Practice Management System (Epic) ensuring information is entered accurately and timely.
Verifying patient insurance and completion of registration process.
Scanning documents into the electronic medical record.
Conducting charge capture reconciliations.
Review and respond to patient billing inquiries regarding billing concerns.
Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
Other clerical duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required
Computer literacy and typing skills required.
Attention to detail.
Reliability and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills.
