Job Title: Skilled Laborer for Commercial Construction Projects
Job Description
Seeking skilled laborers for new construction commercial projects across NE Iowa. The role involves cleaning up job sites, assisting carpenters with prep work, and monitoring on-site activities. Projects include constructing warehouses, community centers, wellness centers, and new school buildings. Candidates will engage in various duties, adapting to different tasks as needed.

Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Team sizes range from 4-20 members depending on the project. Work typically begins at 7:00 AM; for out-of-town projects, carpooling may start as early as 5:30 AM from Independence. No overnight travel required. Dress code includes boots, jeans, and a T-shirt.
