The candidate will be working on an Agile Scrum team - 5-6 Full Stack Software Engineers, 1 Scrum Master, and other cross-functional partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum team ceremonies and mentor / guide the team on Agile best practices

• Work with the Intake team and Product Team to understand scope of new projects and identify preliminary impacts for estimation

• Liaise between Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering team and Project Management groups

• Gather requirements, analyze and design solutions as part of software development life cycle

• Translate business needs into actionable documentation/specifications, including use case scenarios, models and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development

• Evaluate and present solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution

• Plan and manage assignments of varying scope

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum

• 4+ years of experience leading agile/scrum ceremonies

• 4+ years of experience mapping data from web services & database to user interface

• 4+ years of development experience & working knowledge of the following technologies or equivalent Java or Golang development experience

• 2+ years of Relational Database experience

• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
