POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions.

  • HR Purchasing: Invoicing, PO creation

  • Consistent Basic Support: Process familiarization, periodic reports, Workday inbox and proper case management

  • Represents the company as first point of contact for HR related requests/ concerns/ questions for current and former employees

  • Manage the submission of electronic and manual documents, as needed, maintain Employees files

  • Position interacts with candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat.

  • Gathers information and records data in HR tools; Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary;

  • Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and processes documented to supervisor

  • Translates/creates documents, as necessary.

  • Escalates a query to appropriate Specialist or Subject matter expert in case needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Fresh Grad would work

  • Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Attention to Detail and Organization

  • Customer Experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior work experience in the HR field (i.e. HR back-office, shared services, HRIS, HR Generalist roles)

  • Prior Experience in Customer Support or Incident Management

  • Proficient in English Language and Grammar

  • Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT
