Our Client is searching for a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Catoosa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site service to our customers, ensuring their equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site field visits to supervise equipment installations.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues with equipment.

  • Perform routine equipment repairs.

  • Partner with customers for excellent communication and service, going the extra mile to build rapport.

  • Ensure all new or modified equipment installations meet industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.

  • Analyze performance reports and inspect malfunctioning/damaged equipment to identify problems.

  • Recommend repairs, replacements, or corrective actions based on findings.

  • Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments to expedite repairs.

  • Maintain detailed service records and submit reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department.

  • Recommend design, production, or service improvements based on observed equipment issues.

  • Assist the Field Service Manager in providing daily customer service.

  • Troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble equipment according to drawings and customer specifications.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance at customer facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) in a related field OR 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and operate mobile elevating work platforms.

  • Commitment to safety adhering to Kelvion and customer safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • On-site field visits to supervise the installation of equipment.

  • Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs.

  • Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication and service; go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Ensure all new or modified installations of equipment have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.

  • Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem.

  • Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem and make recommendations for repair, replacement, or other corrective action.

  • Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite repairs. Maintains records of reports.

  • Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Manager and the Quality Department.

  • Provides recommendations to inter-company departments on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems.

  • Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools; installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement; bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems.
