Imperial Dade Warehouse Manager Night shift in Catano, Puerto Rico

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is compliant with the company's policies and vision. The incumbent will oversee receiving and maintenance operations while setting up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization throughout the facility.

You will:
Ensure productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data
Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
Annual budget involvement
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
Plan work and assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
Produce reports and statistics regularly
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
You have:
3 years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Safety Management, surveillance, and inventory control skills
Excellent communication skills
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
