Develop and maintain effective relationships with both new and existing customers
Provide customer support through knowledge of our products and their applications
Respond to inbound sales calls
Prepare and send submittal package to ACO Distributor or Direct Buy customer after a Purchase Order has been received
Research through various lead sources, including subscription services, construction, contractor, government and other internet websites for ACO product opportunities
Identify the Architectural/Engineering firms for specific projects then communicate the information to Specification Consultant or Area Sales Manager to secure ACO specifications as needed
Assist Architects, Engineers, Designers and ACO Distributors with technical and specification information for ACO products prior to purchase order submission, as needed
Prepare and send quotations to contractors and price confirmations to distributors prior to bid dates or as requested
Follow up with project, participants to determine when a contract has been awarded to a general contractor or sub-contractor, obtain contractor\'s name and relevant contact details, and forward to Area Sales Manager for follow up
Provide requested and pro-active inside sales support to Area Sales Manager
