Insight Global Contracts Specialist in Cary, North Carolina
Job Description
Insight Global's client, a leading company in the gaming and entertainment industry, is looking to hire a Contracts Specialist to join their team. The person in this role will assist the legal department on a wide range of contracts from drafting through execution. This position will interact with many different departments within the organization including procurement, several business units, and others, therefore, strong people skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, draft and process various types of contracts including statement of work, consulting services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Oversee contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherd the process in its entirety.
Coordinate actions with internal procurement, legal, and business teams, as needed.
Serve as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation.
Meet turnaround expectations in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
Data entry.

Skills and Requirements
Between 3-5 years experience drafting and processing agreements.
Experience with contract/document management tools.
Experience drafting legal transactional documents, for example, NDAs and SOWs.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to quickly learn new software.
Critical thinking, problem solving, and anticipating issues/being proactive.
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to interact with members of varying disciplines on different teams. Experience with Jira ticketing system null
